Got it for harness training my 1 year old rescue kitty, and it can't be made quite small enough, but since we only use it in our garden and escapes aren't a huge worry it works for us. Still she manages to get one of her legs displaced or tangled somehow almost every time we use it. Easy to get on and off once you have the neck area clipped in and adjusted. The lead included works fine, but is very short so I use the harness with a 5m retractable instead.
