I use this as their (amazon and a Blue headed conure) main food, and they thrive on it. Tried everything and read most ingredients on other foods, hate added sugars, mainly peanuts, this is a good selection. They do get fresh greens and fruits daily too and fresh water of-course, their is a lot in this food and choices for them to choose from. I do dehydrate appels, kiwis pears oranges carrots and sweet potatoes etc. too

My kakariki loves this food great mix of fruits

Each parrot should have exotic fruit mix each day for beter digestion!
