PAWS & PATCH Orchard Coconut Flakes is a straight food supplement for cats and dogs.
Mix the coconut flakes into the food 3 - 4 times a week or spread them as a topping on the food. For dry food, the coconut flakes can be mixed with a little oil and added to the dry food. See table for recommended dosage. When feeding for the first time, start with a small amount and increase over several days up to the daily feeding recommendation.
1 level teaspoon = 3g
Dogs:
<10kg: 2 - 3 g coconut flakes, 3-4 times a week
10 - 20 kg: 4 - 5 g coconut flakes, 3-4 times a week
20 - 30 kg: 6 - 7 g coconut flakes, 3-4 times a week
30 - 40 kg: 8 - 10 g coconut flakes, 3-4 times a week
>40kg: 11 - 15 g coconut flakes, 3-4 times a week
Cats:
1g coconut flakes, 3 - 4 x per week
