Specific Dog CCD Struvite Management is a veterinary food for adult dogs that struggle with urinary stones. The dietary dry food is designed to dissolve existing struvite stones and help reduce the risk of new urinary stone formation. It encourages drinking to reduce the concentration of minerals in the urine and increase urine volume.The diet is characterised by a balanced and wholesome formula: the diet has uric acidifying properties to promote a urinary environment that is unfriendly to struvite stones. The magnesium and phosphorus content has also been adjusted. The fish oil contained in the food also provides valuable fatty acids, which can contribute to normal skin and a shiny coat.
