The feeding amount should be gradually adjusted every 2-3 days to weekly until the feeding amount recommended in the following age group is reached.
General feeding instructions:
- Weigh puppies regularly and document weight development.
- Adjustment of the feeding amount may be necessary on an individual basis.
- Do not feed too much - ensure medium growth.
- If snacks are added, the amount of food should be reduced accordingly. Tip: use part of the daily food ration as a snack substitute.
- Give food dry or pour water over it (approx. 60°C) and let it soak in for a short time.
- Divide the daily food allowance into several meals (3-4).
- Keep fresh drinking water available at all times. From the 27th week of life, gradually change to a suitable junior food.
