The composition of chicken and rice makes Almo Nature Holistic Large Chicken & Rice the perfect complete feed for large dogs. Fresh chicken combined with nutritious rice, vitamins and minerals form a dry food in accordance with the natural requirements of dogs. Frequent changes in feed or intolerances can sensitise the digestive process of large dogs. The results are impaired nutrient utilisation and problems in the stomach and intestinal area. Sensitive dogs should therefore be fed a dog food containing only the best ingredients.
Due to their body structure, large dogs' teeth are wider apart than those of their smaller friends. Food leftovers and bacteria can create tartar and damage your dog's teeth and gums. Large kibble, perfectly adjusted to the size of the dog denture, can support a strengthening of the chewing muscles and facilitate food intake.

My dog suffers terrible with colitis and this food suits her perfect we very rarely now have flare ups.

Excellent, gentle diet
My Lab looks great on this food, she's shiny, happy, energetic but not hyper and her digestion and what comes out at the other end have never been better.

Great for sensitive stomachs
Our Giant Schnauzer had difficulty moving over from puppy to adult food. We tried some of the top names without success but found that he was tolerant to Almo Nature immediately and we haven't looked back since. No more upset tummy and he can't wait to eat his food!! Highly recommended.

Easy on the stomach
I found that other premium brands like Royal Canin did not suit my tummy but I've had no problems at all with this. I would definitely recommend it.
