Dental care is just as important for dogs and cats as it is for humans. Dogs' and cats' teeth and gums are under daily strain and should receive targeted care several times a week. Regular brushing of teeth will prevent the build-up of tartar and the resulting dental problems, including bad breath.

In nature, feeding on raw meat provides dogs and cats with the necessary abrasion to prevent plaque. At home, we are responsible for providing this care for our pets. Where plaque is not removed it can turn into tartar, which can lead to painful inflammation of the gums and eventually to loss of teeth.

Please note: Only use special dog and cat toothpaste. Toothpaste for humans often contains fluoride which can irritate your pet's stomach.
