Not for houses with underfloor heating
Item themselves are fine, I bought two sizes, one for cat food, one for dog food. Problem is, I have under floor heating and despite putting them on a shelf the bags always leaked oil everywhere. If i took the bag off shelf and put on ground, I had to put towel underneath otherwise floor would become oily and slippy. Ended up getting rid because felt the food was not staying fresh and leaking oil was driving me mad.

My cats managed to tear it up
It's a decent bag, and holds the smells inside really well, but after 6 months my two cats managed to tear a hole in the side of the bag :( So it might be dog-proof, but it's definitely not completely cat claw proof.

Very good and helpful
I like to buy in bulk and this bag really helps store all my cat food. It’s so handy and helpful. A couple kilos smaller than stated sizes so but no big deal to me I bought 3 great value for money

Love love love this.
I got one of these for my cat food. I love that it will collapse down as with just a bit less than 10kgs in it it will fit in my cupboard. Also as I breed cats I have many food bowls and litter trays. With the carry handle I can take the food to each bowl and top up. Plan to buy several more to put litter in. Nothing worse than dragging around bags of litter to top up trays.

Compact and discrete storage solution
We have purchased two of these for storing dog and cat food. When they came I didn't think the food would fit in but it just kept filling up and all 10kg fitted easily and it is much more compact than the packet the food comes in. It also has a strong carry handle making it great to take dog food away with us. Would highly recommend the product and even better you can buy it with loyalty reward points!

Great Buy
Got the 25kg 2 years ago and still perfect - the size is off but for my 12kg bags it works out - I leave the kibble in it's original packaging within the bag - which allows me to tuck anything else such as treats down the side.

Good, but greasy
We have two Trixie food bags, both sizes and they are great, however they have started getting really greasy underneath and there are food oils coming through the material. It is getting all over the floor and our hands when we open them. Also the smaller bag there is no way it is 10kg storage, we tried putting in a 10kg bag of royal canin cat food and couldn't fit it all. The big bag for 25kg holds 15kg puppy food with plenty space left but not sure another 10 would get in.

Nice quality but too collapsible
This is made of nice, tough material and is fully lined. I bought it for chicken feed, so I'm not worried about potential leakage, but I did expect it to be a bit sturdier. It's not pop-up or stiff, which means that it's a bit collapsible if it isn't filled right to the top - not so good when you're trying to avoid spilling chicken treat all over the floor!

clean and tidy
I love these Trixie pet food bin's you can put the food in loose or as I do I keep the food in there original packaging then you can keep the trixie bag free from greasy stains, if travelling. just pick up and go.

Perfect!
Bought one of the smaller ones a few weeks ago and am really pleased with it. Very compact, suprisingly well made and the strap is a convenient extra. I was concerned that it may be thin due to the reports of oils leaking through but was pleased to find it has an inner layer as well as the outer and so far, we've not had any issues. Perhaps only the more oily foods leak through? All in all, a complete bargain and I just wish I'd bought one sooner!

Value for Money
Bought the 25kg size to store the hen food in. Brilliant! Clean, sturdy, sits in the pantry - not too large for the space but large enough to hold the pellets - and very handy to use. The handle also means it's easy to move. Would definitely buy another one if needed.

Good quality
I have bought a food bin for 25 kg. The quality is good - but would be great if the grease from the dog food did not go through the fabric. Do not place the food bin on untreated wooden floors! Unfortunately the bin is 10 cm short of containing a 15 kg bag of Royal Canin Giant with the sack. Without the sack it fits 15 kg of RC Giant Junior but no more. Apart from this I am happy with the product. The fabric and zipper seem strong, the bin fits into small places and the design is nice.

Great idea
I bought two of the 25kg bags and am delighted. No more fiddling with clips and rolling down of paper bags. They are very deceptive and fit under my kitchen table nicely. I easily fitted a 15kg sack of Iams into one with plenty of room left over. I would imagine it depends on the pellet size of your dry food as to how much will fit in a bag, but for Iams and Pal I have no problems.

Great storage
I have had 3, 25kg bags now for a few years. They keep the food fresh & are easy access (for me not the dogs)! So long as I remember to zip them up! They are also really good for transporting food if you are away from home for a while. Saves any spilt food on the journey! I have had one zip toggle break on all 3 bags but still works fine. Also I have had no problem with fitting in food in the sacks.

One for the cat & one for the dog
Got these for the cat and the dog last month. So far they've been great. If you left the cat within striking distance of the plastic bag his food came in, he'd be in and gorging himself within seconds. While I wouldn't trust the cat around this one for very long either (he managed to get his teeth through it already, although not to tear it) it at least buys us some time for when we're forgetful. It has the added bonus that the zipper lasts longer than the little plastic fastener on the top of the plastic food bag which used to give out halfway through the bag. So this keeps the food fresher. (not that either of them chew their food enough to notice the difference...)

Excellent!
As everyone else has said, these food bins are excellent. I bought the 25kg bag for my Dog, I will be buying another one for our new puppy! They keep the food fresh, stop the dogs biting into bags and getting a cheeky snack, and fit easily into my understairs cupboard. All in all I am very pleased and impressed with these, highly recommended!

Grreat quality smaller than stated.
I agree with all comments regarding the quality of the food bins. I bought the smaller one for puss and the big one for the dog. I could just about get 8K into the small one - keeping some back for her dinner and cramming the food down. The dog's bag took 15K easily with only about 2-3 inches left which would never take another 10K. I'm glad I bought them and will recommend, but feel a bit cheated, as I still have unfinished bags of food which should have been accommodated in the bags. They are great though!

Well pleased
Top quality, a wired top so the bag will stay open when you are getting food out. A nice strong well thought out bag. I've no problems with the size (10kg, holds what is says it will). Its a bit smelly - the 'new' smell you get with new products sometimes, which doesn't equate well with food - but a good airing should work wonders.
