Herrmann's Organic Menu offers a balanced, healthy and species-appropriate complete food for your dog. It contains a high percentage of premium, certified organic ingredients from controlled organic farms. The organic meat comes from organic farms that humanely both raise and slaughter their own animals. The top quality organic ingredients are sourced in Upper Bavaria, where the Hermann's production site is situated and they believe that quality and ethical values are very important so all animals are slaughtered at the respective farms to avoid transporting the animals. All animal feed is closely monitored and antibiotics or other growth-promoting substances are strictly forbidden. It is also very important that all animals are raised free-range or in conditions where they have regular access to open spaces.
Each of the Herrmanns varieties has only one single organic protein source, making them suitable for feeding to dogs with sensitivities or allergies. Each variety contains at least 50% organic meat (excluding the Mutton with Organic Oats variety). The organic fruit, organic vegetables, organic carbohydrates and organic oils are also from certified organic sources that are mostly local to Herrmann’s. These organic ingredients take care of the necessary vitamins, fibre and minerals in your dog’s diet. Gentle preparation ensures that nutrients are preserved and that the food stays fresh for a long time without needing to use preservatives. The tins are filled and sealed at 3°C and then gently heated. This also helps to prevent bacterial growth. Products and manufacturing processes are subject to regular quality controls from an independent quality testing agency as well as veterinary experts to ensure the standard of the products is always first-class.

OTTIMO!
I always found it difficult to spend so much money on canned food with exorbitant amounts of gelatin and poor quality of ingredients. I had started cooking meat and veggies for him myself, but I must say that these boxes have struck me as there is no kind of gelatine or unnecessary additions of other crap and they even have a pleasant smell ! My boxer, who is normally quite picky goes crazy and I know exactly what I feed him ... not bad ! :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My puggy loves it
The best food for pugs full stop. I woudl recommend it to anyone out there..!! We have already tried several other foods but this is by far the best, especially for dogs with sensitive tummies. It has no grains. We never buy anything else anymore! :-)

LOVE IT!!
This food is excellent, and I love the fact that animals are treated humanely (very important to me). Being organic, there are no nasty fillers or additives, and the food looks and smells wholesome and appetising. My dog has half kibble and half Hermanns organic menu. She LOVES it, and (although a greedy labrador!) she's scavenging a lot less nowadays! :) Her life-long itching and scratching problem also seems to have disappeared. Hooray!

Good Food, Great Ethos.
My dogs adore this company's Turkey with Fruit & Vegetables menu and I adore the brand's tag line: "…love for animals is not limited to dogs." This reference to the humane way the organic meat is raised and slaughtered makes this food the perfect combination of ethos and quality.
My only quibble is that I would prefer a higher percentage of meat. My preference would be nearer 70% meat over the current 50% on offer. It's an alteration to the recipe I'd be willing to pay for.
Overall: Good job!
