It is an innovative clumping litter, designed specifically for households with more than one cat and super effective thanks to activated carbon and renewable natural coconut shell fibres, known for their odour binding and absorbent effects. Activated carbon is a highly porous carbon compound with a huge inner surface area: one gram of activated carbon would measure around 1000 sq/m if unfolded!
The 2in1 Fresh Lock Formula in this Biokat’s Diamond Care MultiCat Fresh Cat Litter combines 100% natural activated carbon with an AromaProtect formula. This reliably contains unpleasant odours and releases a pleasant fresh scent in its place. This fragrance comes from blue beads scattered throughout the litter. The fine grains of this litter are dust-free and form flat clumps upon contact with liquids, trapping smells as well as urine. The micro-processing used to form the litter ensures that clumps form fairly uniformly in terms of shape, depth and firmness. Biokat’s Diamond Care MultiCat Fresh Cat Litter is made using 100% natural clay from controlled, environmentally sustainable open-cast mines in Germany.

Cats wouldn't use Worlds Best, this is perfect
After Brexit we could no longer get Felipure which is the best litter I think we have found but only available in the UK now. We tried the world's best for multi cat (3 cats here), although it is brilliant at clumping and light it has a corn musty smell and 2 cats would not use it. We also tried Oko which tracks and both cats didn't like it either.
This is very similar to Felipure, much cheaper than Worlds best and smells great, all 3 cats happy with it.

Doesn't clump. Doesn't last.
I don't know where on Earth the idea that this lasts 44 days comes from, it barely lasted 10 days. It also barely clumps. My boys were unhappy with it from day one and I cannot recommend this. I'll go back to my usual brand.

The best
The best litter I ever tried. No poo or urine smell , clumping is very good. I am using it just for one cat and I clean every second day

Best cat litter I've had for a multi-cat household
I have tried many cat litters over 30 years and this is the best cat litter I have ever had. It abosorbs all smells and also sets solid on contact with urine with the active carbon so it's easy to scoop out a solid lump without it breaking up. Would recommend this cat litter to multi-cat household as my 2 cats use it without any issues. It also lasts a long time (44 days) and is dust free, unlike others I have tried. Only a few grains come out of the tray on the cats paws as well. Superb!
