Not great
I found that kibble didn’t flow down as needed and I have to shake it as my cat was getting frustrated trying to get food. Didn’t work with water at all one small bang from cat having a sip and it was everywhere. Good bowls if top taken off

Great new toy
At the begging, it was very useful, however 2 days after I placed this for my cat to drink water, he think it's a new toy and for around 15 days i was every day finding my kitchen wet. Overall is good, but maybe if the support was a little heavier the cat wouldn't be able to play with it.

Great Price
Amazing price for such a nifty little product! I bought one to use for water for my two small dogs as I find that a lot of dust and food bits from their beards end up floating in their usual open water bowl. This dispenser keeps the water fresh and free from dust allowing an easy flow of water from the dispenser. They haven't knocked it over yet but I'm thinking a thick elastic band would do the job of keeping it in place.

Easy to tip open, hard to fill, dispenses unevenly.
For the price, it's okay but there are a lot of drawbacks. First, it's very easy for the animal to tip up the top part, (deliberately to get at food/for fun because cat do that sort of thing/because it's just too loose). Secondly, bigger food doesn't fall through the hole easily as there's no real slope, you need very, very small food. Thirdly, it's next to impossible to fill with water. At most you can get it 1/3 full. Using icecubes and topping off with water helps a little.

Absolutely Brillient... Until the Cat learns to open it...
Yes that's right, by 5 month old kitten thinks the best thing in the world is to knock the top off and have water gush all over the floor!!! Until then I had two and thought they were absolutely brilliant... but the don't lock into place and a smart cat can knock it off easily!

Not working like it should
You can use it for water, but I needed it for dry food and it didn't work. I needed to shake it all the time , to get it down into the bowl, because it stuck "always".

Ok for price
I was using this for my rabbits and sometimes it would just not refill so it was unreliable. I had to use the 'food dispensing side' instead and it is really hard to refill or to put back into the cage without getting water everywhere. It works this way but it is annoying, at least they can't knock it over I guess, and it does hold enough water for one day but I wish I had gotten one that refills at the top instead.

ok for price
The food didn't refill without being shaken so was left empty, my cat would just push the food compartment off either intentionally or while eating and create a huge mess! Food everywhere... Maybe better for different animals but the parts could do with being screwed together

good value
perfect as water dispenser, not so perfect as food dispenser. Food does get stuck, so doesn't really do the job. I would still recommend it.

Great product
I honestly don't know what people are complaining about. If they find it tricky to do, they must be doing it really wrong! I'm currently using two of them, one for water and one for food. While it's true that the food gets a bit stuck, my cat quickly learnt to stick his paw inside and food will come down again! It's a really good product at bargain price.

water bowl
i brought this for my 3 cats thinking it would prevent water going stale and provide fresh water! . . . . but i find you cant fully fill it up as soon as you put the bottom back on and turn it the right way up its almost half empty again, because it is plastic it needs washed ever 2 days also my youngest cat has a habit of nocking it over and the water goes everywhere! but its not a bad idea just a few flaws.

Rabbit happy
This has made my rabbit happy. I stand it on a plastic box outside his cage, and push the water dish between the bars. If your cage bars are to close then hacksaw one out to make room. Using it this way, the rabbit can not knock it over, or kick the water container, which would make it leak. As it will be about 7" above floor level, it means the rabbit has to reach up to drink, but it is a far more natural way for the rabbit to lap up the water, than for it to have to get it from a tube, the method most pet shops offer. and the water stays clean. By fitting the top on tight first, tilting it back so as to fill it under the tap through the bottom, you can fill it to within 1" of full

Perfectly adequate for a little sipper
As long as you have the 'long end' of the reservoir in the right position this is perfectly adeqate for providing fresh water. Mine fits quite snugly so there's a small trickle effect which is fine. A quick jiggle or twist releases more if needed.
