it has been a battle of the wills between myself and lily (my cat). lily is a grazer and never eats a full meal. she had become very unhappy with her dry food diet, so i tried several wet ones, but was not fussed. introducing gourmet gold chicken, it looks as if there is no going back, as she absolutely loves it; fur ball is a very happy customer!!

I have been buying these in the supermarket as Zooplus haven't stocked these previously and my cats adore them. They like the pate range but much prefer this range mixed with the sauce. I know there are better quality products for the price but trying to find something 4 cats (actually finding something 1 cat likes can be an issue at the best of times!) all enjoy can be tricky so I am happy if there are clean plates. Please can you include them in your offers Zooplus!

All of my cats love the Ragout version of Gourmet Gold (aka Savoury Cake in the UK) - the tins are rammed full of meat with little sauce so these are great if you have gravy lickers as they have no choice but to eat the meat (it is nicely coated in sauce rather than swimming in it) The beef is the firm fave in this household.

This is basically Gourmet Perle but with 80g of meat & 5g of sauce rather than 50g of meat & the rest sauce so you get a lot more for your money & it helps your cat eat more meat rather than just lick the sauce. I know Purina products are at the bottom of the food chain for their ingredients but cats are often not the easiest to feed and sometimes you have to just feed them what they will eat & all 4 of mine will eat this, so that will do for me. I wish we could order a mix of flavours in the 24

My cat loves Gourmet Gold. She always cleans the plate. Very happy and the price isn't too bad either!

So all my cats just love this and the other pate recipes. Its great for adding a bit of extra water or other medicines. No chewing involved (lets face it we would all prefer not to bother) The only downside.....its gone in minutes!
